Add 380 g of warm water and mix with a wooden spoon (or mixer with spiral attachments) for about 2 minutes.

Leave covered in a warm place for 25 – 35 min.
Put the loaf pan in a preheated oven at 210 – 220 °C (both heating elements) on the lower rack.
Bake for 35 – 45 minutes.
Remove the baked bread from the loaf pan and let it cool.

Add 300 g of warm water and 10 g of oil and mix by hand or with a kitchen mixer until you get a smooth dough.
Leave the dough covered in a bowl in a warm place for 45 minutes, briefly knead and leave covered in a warm place for another 45 minutes.
Spread the dough on an oiled baking sheet or in a baking pan, brush generously with oil and sprinkle with seasonings as desired.
Before baking, leave for 20 min in a warm place.
Put in a preheated oven at 250 °C (both heating elements) on the lower rack.
Select the whole grain bread program.
Bake for about 15 minutes.
