Roll out the dough on an oiled baking sheet or in a pan, brush with oil and sauce, and arrange pizza toppings as desired.
Before baking, leave for another 10 minutes in a warm place.
Put in a preheated oven at 240°C (both heating elements) on the lower rack.
Bake for about 15 minutes.

Add 300 ml warm water and 10 ml oil and mix by hand or with a kitchen mixer until you get a smooth dough.
Leave the dough covered in a bowl in a warm place for 45 minutes, briefly knead and leave covered in a warm place for another 45 minutes.
Spread the dough on an oiled baking sheet or in a baking pan, brush generously with oil and sprinkle with seasonings as desired.
Before baking, leave for 20 min in a warm place.
Put in a preheated oven at 250 °C (both heating elements) on the lower rack.
Bake for about 15 minutes.
