For 600 - 700 g of bread

PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS:

RECIPE FOR BREAD IN A LOAF PAN

Recommendation: smaller loaf pan size 25x10x7 cm

  • Put 400 g of Mediterranean Bread Mix and 7 g of di-go dry yeast in a bowl and mix.

  • Add 380 g of warm water and mix with a wooden spoon (or mixer with spiral attachments) for about 2 minutes.

  • Put the dough in an oiled loaf pan and brush with oil (add toppings as desired).

  • Leave covered in a warm place for 25 – 35 min.

  • Put the loaf pan in a preheated oven at 210 – 220 °C (both heating elements) on the lower rack.

  • Bake for 35 – 45 minutes.

  • Remove the baked bread from the loaf pan and let it cool.

BREAD MACHINE RECIPE

Recommendation: smaller bread machine with one paddle

  • Put 280 g of water in the container.

  • Add 400 g of Mediterranean Bread Mix and 7 g of di-go dry yeast.

  • Select the whole grain bread program.

FOCACCIA RECIPE

  • Put 400 g of Mediterranean Bread Mix and 7 g of di-go dry yeast in a bowl and mix.

  • Add 300 g of warm water and 10 g of oil and mix by hand or with a kitchen mixer until you get a smooth dough.

  • Leave the dough covered in a bowl in a warm place for 45 minutes, briefly knead and leave covered in a warm place for another 45 minutes.

  • Spread the dough on an oiled baking sheet or in a baking pan, brush generously with oil and sprinkle with seasonings as desired.

  • Before baking, leave for 20 min in a warm place.

  • Put in a preheated oven at 250 °C (both heating elements) on the lower rack.

  • Select the whole grain bread program.

  • Bake for about 15 minutes.

Ingredients

wheat flour T-550, wheat sourdough (durum), potato flakes, gluten (wheat), iodized salt, inactive yeast, acerola powder.

May contain traces of soy, eggs, milk, sesame and nuts.

Storage conditions

Store in a dry and cool place in original packaging (at temperature up to 25 °C).
