Ingredients

  • 400 g di-go ready mix or BIO mix for fine homemade bread
  • 7 g di-go dry yeast
  • 330 ml warm water
  • 50 ml olive oil
  • pinch of salt
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley

Preparation

  1. In a bowl, put 400 g mix or BIO mix for fine homemade bread and 7 g di-go dry yeast and mix gently. Add 330 ml warm water and mix with a spoon for about two minutes.
  2. Grease the pan with butter.
  3. Take a spoon as a measure and use it to scoop the dough from the bowl. Lightly oil your hands. Shape each spoonful of dough into a ball with your hands and place in the pan. Repeat the process until the mixture is used up.
  4. Cover the pan with a kitchen towel and place in a warm place for the dough to double in size.
  5. Place the pan in an oven preheated to 210 degrees Celsius (with both heating elements on), on the bottom rack. Bake for 35 to 45 minutes.
  6. Pour olive oil into a bowl, add a pinch of salt, minced garlic and parsley and mix. Generously brush the baked bread rolls with the seasoned oil and serve warm.
