Pizza

This pizza will amaze you with its simple preparation. Using the Mediterranean mix and tomato sauce, you can quickly make a delicious pizza base. Top it with cheese, ham pieces, and other toppings of your choice, like fresh vegetables or olives.

Ingredients

  • 400 g di-go ready mix or BIO mix for Mediterranean bread
  • 7 g di-go dry yeast
  • 380 ml warm water
  • 100 ml tomato puree
  • oregano
  • 150 g Emmental cheese
  • 150 g Gouda cheese
  • 100 g mozzarella
  • 2 hot peppers
  • 150 g mortadella
  • radish microgreens
  • 50 ml oil

Preparation

  1. In a bowl, add 350 g of Mediterranean bread mix or BIO mix (set aside 50 g for later) and 7 g di-go dry yeast, then mix gently. Add 380 ml warm water and mix with a spoon for about two minutes.
  2. Grease a round baking pan with oil. Dust the work surface with the reserved 50 g of mix and pour the dough onto it. Briefly knead the dough and shape it with your hands or a rolling pin to fit the pan.
  3. Spread the dough with tomato puree mixed with oregano. Clean the hot peppers and slice them into strips, then distribute over the tomato. Evenly distribute the cheese.
  4. Leave covered in a warm place to rise for about 20 minutes.
  5. Place the pan in an oven preheated to 210°C (with both heating elements on), on the lower rack. Bake for 35 to 45 minutes.
